All orders placed on our website are subject to our acceptance and verification process. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends. Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed. During this time, we verify payment information, confirm stock availability, and prepare your items for shipment. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, sales events, or if items need to be sourced from our suppliers.

3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer various shipping options to accommodate different customer needs and locations:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (applies to domestic orders within India). This is our most economical option

• Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days for domestic orders. Premium option for faster delivery

• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 10-21 business days. International orders may be subject to customs and import duties

• Local/Courier Options: Special arrangements available for specific regions. Contact us for customized shipping solutions

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination location, selected shipping method, and current carrier rates. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a minimum purchase amount, subject to conditions specified during promotional periods. International shipping costs are typically higher due to distance and customs requirements. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we cancel your order. Taxes or additional duties may apply to international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Shipping Address

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout, including street address, city, state/province, postal code, and country. We cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order, as we may not be able to redirect the shipment once it has been dispatched. Packages will be shipped to the address specified in your order confirmation.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier information. Use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor your package in real-time and receive delivery updates. We recommend tracking your order closely so you are aware of its status and can sign for delivery if required. If you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours of order confirmation, please contact our customer service team.

7. Delivery Exceptions and Delays

While we strive to meet all stated delivery timeframes, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, carrier delays, customs clearance for international orders, natural disasters, or unforeseen events. In such cases, we will keep you updated on the status of your shipment. Our stated delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier errors, customs processing, or other third-party factors. If your package appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us with your tracking information.

8. Damage During Shipping

All Ruh in Crystals products are carefully packaged using protective materials to prevent damage during transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs and contact our customer service team immediately. You will need to provide your unboxing video (as required by our Return and Refund Policy) clearly showing the damage. If approved, we will either send a replacement or process a refund, depending on circumstances. All damage claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

9. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, and the delivery location thoroughly. If the package is genuinely missing, contact us with your tracking information. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and work toward a resolution. In most cases, the carrier can confirm delivery and assist in locating the package. Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages stolen from delivery locations after they have been delivered according to the carrier’s records.

10. Customs and International Orders

For international shipments, packages may be subject to customs inspection and import duties. These customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Ruh in Crystals. Customers ordering internationally should be aware of their country’s import regulations and customs requirements. Delays may occur during customs clearance, and these delays are not within our control. We provide accurate product descriptions and valuations to facilitate smooth customs processing.

11. Signature Requirements

Depending on the order value and shipping method, a signature may be required upon delivery. You will be notified in your shipping confirmation if a signature is required. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package, as unsigned packages may be treated as refused or undelivered.

12. Refusing a Shipment

If you refuse to accept a shipment, the package will be returned to us at your cost. You may be charged a return shipping fee, and the refund (if processed) will be reduced by this fee. We strongly recommend accepting deliveries and contacting us if there are issues rather than refusing shipments.
