1. Our Return and Refund Philosophy
At Ruh in Crystals, we are committed to customer satisfaction and quality assurance. We only process returns and refunds when there is a legitimate defect in the product or when the product received differs from what was ordered. Our policy is designed to protect both our customers and our business while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and fairness. We understand that sometimes issues arise, and we are here to make things right.
2. Eligible Return Reasons
Returns and refunds are only eligible under the following circumstances:
• Product Defect: The product has a manufacturing defect, structural damage, or quality issues that were not caused by customer mishandling or improper use.
• Incorrect Product Received: The product received does not match the product ordered in terms of type, size, color, specifications, or any other distinguishing characteristics
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:
• Products returned due to customer change of mind, dissatisfaction with appearance, or personal preference.
• Items damaged due to customer negligence, mishandling, improper storage, or intentional damage.
• Products used or altered in a way that diminishes their original value
• Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable.
• Custom-made or personalized items that have been completed according to customer specifications.
4. Return Process and Unboxing Video Requirement
To qualify for a return or refund, customers must follow our specific return process carefully. This requirement protects both parties and ensures clear documentation of the product condition. The process includes:
• Contact Support: Reach out to our customer service team at academyruh276@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with details of the issue.
• Provide Unboxing Video: Submit a clear, unedited video showing the unboxing of the product. This video must clearly demonstrate any defects, damage, or discrepancies between the product ordered and received. The video should show the outer packaging, opening the box, and the product condition.
• Video Requirements: The video must be clear and honest, showing the actual condition of the product. No edited, filtered, or manipulated videos will be accepted. The video should be shot in good lighting and be at least 2-3 minutes long.
• Verification: Our team will review your video and supporting documentation to verify the claim. We will assess whether the issue qualifies for a return or refund.
• Return Authorization: If approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization number. You must include this number with your return shipment.
5. Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, refunds will be processed as follows: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3-5 business days to process the refund on their end. The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
6. Return Shipping
For approved returns due to product defect or incorrect items sent by us, Ruh in Crystals will cover the return shipping costs. You will receive prepaid shipping instructions. For any other returns (if applicable and approved), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Items must be shipped to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return is received and documented properly.
7. Claims Without Video
Customers who submit return or refund claims without providing the required unboxing video will not be eligible for a refund. The unboxing video is a mandatory requirement that protects both Ruh in Crystals and our customers by providing clear evidence of the product condition upon receipt. Without this documentation, we cannot verify legitimate claims and therefore cannot process refunds. We take this requirement seriously to maintain fairness and prevent fraudulent claims.
